Lianne Miller

Author Biography

Lianne Miller grew up in the mountains of southwestern Montana, about two hundred miles northwest of Bozeman. She now lives on the high plains of the northeastern part of the state, where she runs a horse ranch with her husband and an extended family member.

From riding horses to driving a semitruck to managing a small business, Lianne has worn many hats and labels, and she often claims to be a jack-of-all-trades and master of none. Now many of her days are spent writing, bringing to life the stories she began creating while raising her children. Lianne’s books delve into judgment, tolerance, and prejudice, and acceptance—challenges in both the human and the paranormal worlds.

Nights of Shadow—Artifice was her debut novel and the first in this series. A spin-off series, Rise of the Thunderbirds, is underway, and is set in the same preternatural world. The long awaited series Legatees' Journey is also in the works—check back for updates. And to help tied the readers over there are a few stand alone novels planned, with The Forsaken Seven on deck for her next release.
